Consulting: What were the
main factors that contributed
to your firm’s growth?
Chase: Three main factors contrib-
uted to our growth over the past
year. One, market dynamics—sus-
tained competitive advantage is
more fleeting than ever, as a result,
organizations are forced to question
the theories underlying their busi-
nesses and to identify what it will
take to continue to win in both the
short and long-term. Two, clients—
we are fortunate to work for clients
that embrace the continuing need for
change and understand the value of
an outside perspective to question
the status quo, help develop creative
solutions, and to execute delivery of
the future while ensuring the day-to-
day operations don't suffer. Three,
team—we have an exceptionally tal-
ented team driven by helping others
solve tough, complex, wicked prob-
lems. Our team members deliver re-
sults each and every day.
Consulting: How is this year
shaping up for your firm?
Chase: We are experiencing continued year-over-year growth. We
are continuing to expand both our
client base and our geographic
reach and we are continuing to add
to our team. We believe 2017 will
be a great year for our organization.
Consulting: Where do you
see the most opportunities?
Chase: Our clients are asking for
assistance in: Understanding their
customers at a deeper level in order
to anticipate future needs and/or to
create differentiated experiences;
Establishing growth strategies that
result in significant value creation;
Leading cultural transformation
from hierarchical organizations to
agile organizations more readily able
to respond to continuous change;
Digital strategy development that
removes friction and makes things
faster, easier and more cost effective; Leader and Team Effectiveness
to unlock capacity and enable the
organization to thrive in ambiguity,
complexity, and change; and, Strategic Execution to ensure that results are delivered. We believe 2018
will continue to provide growth and
change for c3 and our clients.
Consulting: What would you
say are your firm’s biggest
challenges in 2018?
Chase: Our biggest challenges will
likely be continuing to find A+ talent, maintaining our unique, special
culture while we grow and continuing to advance our skills, knowledge, and experiences so that we remain relevant in helping our clients
address their challenges.
