Consulting: What were the
main factors that contributed
to your firm’s growth?
Seeley: About five years ago, we
shifted the focus of our business from
delivering award-winning technology solutions to the actual business
transformation behind those solutions. This new strategy moved us
further upstream to focus on business
strategy, marketplace pressures requiring innovation, process improvement, corporate engagement, and the
material adoption of these transformative solutions. While we still have
a material component of our business
on technology-enabled innovation
and optimization, the core of our
business plan rests upon delivering
strategic, technology-enabled business solutions that move the needle
of a company’s bottom line.
Consulting: How is this year
shaping up for your firm?
Seeley: We leverage a very seasoned
consulting team to deliver program
execution, not just program management, on those landmark projects
within the board room. We’ve taken
this message of “Big- 4 credentials,
boutique firm attention” to the marketplace, and it has strongly resonated with our clients. To that end,
we’ve continued to see solid double-digit growth this year in revenue,
headcount, and future opportunity
demand. Our drive for raising the
bar of consulting excellence across
the industry has also impacted our
team’s excitement about our future.
Consulting: Where do you see
the most opportunities?
Seeley: Intellinet’s outlook for 2018
is strong. We continue to see solid marketplace traction in our core
program execution, management
consulting, and technology services
areas. We’ve also seen strong demand for our digital transformation
solutions and security practices.
Consulting: What would you
say are your firm’s biggest
challenges in 2018?
Seeley: Our consulting business’
success depends on our ability to
materially impact the businesses of
our clients. In light of that, our big-
gest two challenges have always
been finding the absolute best peo-
ple at the right time and earning the
continued trust of our clients every
day to help them succeed. It’s a not
an easy business model, but it’s very
rewarding and forces us to be driven
by a passion for excellence each day.
Consulting: What does being

to your firm, your employees
and your clients?
Seeley: Being named one of the nation’s “Fastest Growing Firms” is
a great honor for our firm and validates our vision of being a ‘
