Consulting caught up with Dishi to discuss the firm’s performance.

Consulting: What were the main factors that contributed to your firm’s growth?

Doshi: The digital economy is accelerating, and our focus in partnering with our customers to help them accelerate their digital transformation efforts has been the pivotal factor. Our pods of experts rapidly deliver software products using the latest and best advancements in modern tools and agile thinking. Our methodologies, technologies, and people enable ultra-efficient innovation in our core practices areas: Modern Engineering, Lean UX and Product Design, Devops and Cloud Automation, and Enterprise Agile Process, which are helping us move ahead.

Consulting: How is this year
shaping up for your firm?
Doshi: 2017 has thus far been a
banner year for InRhythm. Not
only are we continuing to scale, but
also we’re investing in growth and
learning to keep us on the bleeding
edge of technology and able to de-
liver rapid results for our clients.
This last year has included several
important milestones for us, includ-
ing the expansion of our service of-
ferings into the world of platform &
product modernizations, devops &
cloud engineering, the opening of
our Innovation Center, and a new
office space to accommodate our
rapidly growing team.

Consulting: How would you describe your firm’s outlook for 2018?

Doshi: We see continued investments from our customers in digital transformation with even more investments in the world of cloud computing, artificial intelligence and machine learning. InRhythm is perfectly suited to be the trusted partner in our customers’ digital transformation journey.

Consulting: What would you say are your firm’s biggest challenges in 2018?

Doshi: Every challenge is an opportunity to seize for growth and learning, and we anticipate 2018 will be another busy year for InRhythm.
