Consulting: What were the
main factors that contributed
to your firm’s exceptional
growth?
Lu: A combination of delivering
projects successfully and finding
incredibly high-caliber team members at the right time. The majority
of our project work is non-com-pete, so we have been very fortunate in growing through continued
projects with our clients and referrals by word of mouth.
Consulting: How is this year
shaping up for your firm?
Lu: This year, we are trending towards another 30 percent+ growth,
expanding in target markets such
as New York, and growing beyond
our current client base of media
and entertainment.
Consulting: How would you
describe your firm’s outlook
for 2018? Where do you see
the most opportunities?
Lu: Our firm’s outlook for 2018
is definitely promising. We are
finding most of our opportunities
through expansion in locations
(New York and Dallas) and new
industries (consumer products and
financial services).
Consulting: What would you
say are your firm’s biggest
challenges in 2018?
Lu: In 2018, our biggest chal-
lenges will be in continuing to
find the caliber of talent as we
grow, and making sure that we do

not expand too fast at the risk of
our culture. Our team members
and the environment we have
created has helped get us here,
and we have to make sure to continue supporting that as client demands increase.
Consulting: What does being

to your firm, your employees
and your clients?
Lu: It means a tremendous
amount to us since it confirms
that the culture that we have set
out to establish around collabo-
ration, ownership, integrity, and
leadership is resonating to our
team members and our clients,
