Consulting: How is this year shaping
up for your firm?
Taras: TCG is once again on track
to meet or exceed our planned
growth targets. We remain firmly
entrenched as global market leaders
with the ability to drive continued
results for our clients, providing traditional program support (strategy,
sourcing, implementation and management) and our transformative and
holistic TCO-TMPESM approach.
Our growth and exposure have also
opened doors to work in collaboration with other industry leaders.
Consulting: How would you describe
your firm’s outlook for 2019?
Taras: 2019 will mark a significant
milestone for TCG as we reach our
25th anniversary. We are primed and
eager to build upon the successful
foundation that has enabled our lon-
gevity by remaining focused on our
clients and our associates. As our
TCO baseline approach continues
to gain more traction in the market,
we foresee the opportunity to impact
and optimize our client programs by
helping uncover and manage those
costs beyond T&E reimbursement
by an additional 29 percent in pro-
gram TCO. We are looking at par-
allel partners to help meet the de-
mands of the market.
Consulting: What would you say are
your firm’s biggest challenges?
Taras: I’d say ongoing growth
management, finding and retaining
great people and the ability to ensure superior client delivery.
