Consulting: What were the main
factors that contributed to your firm’s
Rheault: Our rate of growth is a result of building the largest collective
knowledge and experience with real-time technologies in the healthcare
vertical. We made a point of keeping our focus narrow enough so we
could be the 'best in the world' in our
niche. Now in our seventh year, we
have become the de facto experts in
our market and have implemented
the most advanced deployments of
location-enabled technologies in the
world. The results we've achieved
have allowed our customers to justify
the continued investment and expansion of their systems using the growing breadth of services we provide.
Consulting: How is this year shaping
up for your firm?
Rheault: 2018 has been another year
of dynamic growth for Infinite Leap.
Our market recognition, as experts
in real-time technologies, allowed us
to grow our client portfolio, as well
as expand the level of consulting and
managed services engagements within our existing clients. We are also
launching cloud-based versions of
our own software, as well as bundling
components to offer both packaged
services and packaged solutions,
which make our offerings easier to
communicate and sell.
Consulting: How would you describe
your firm’s outlook for 2019?
Rheault: We will continue to expand our enterprise deployments,
consulting, and technology-enabled
service offerings, as well as launch
several new packaged services and
solutions that can we can sell direct
and through distribution partners.
This will allow us to achieve greater per client revenues and significantly increase our client base. The
market recognition and recommendations provided by our existing
client base are providing the necessary fuel for significant growth.
Consulting: What would you say are
your firm’s biggest challenges?
Rheault: The challenges are not
new, but they are greater in scope
as we continue our rapid growth.
The three key challenges that we are
working hard to address are: ( 1) ex-
panding our market reach by lever-
aging partnerships, ( 2) ensuring that
our internal systems and processes
are highly scalable, and ( 3) devel-
oping and launching solutions that
are faster to implement and require
a smaller level of initial investment
for our clients to get started.
