Consulting: What were the
main factors that contributed
to your firm’s exceptional
Silvestri: There were three main
factors that contributed to our
firm’s exceptional growth. First,
expanding our service offerings.
We now offer additional consulting services in the program/proj-ect management space and staffing solutions. Second, we expanded the markets we serve to include
higher education, healthcare, and
pharma. Lastly, our continued
success in delivering our services
within our clients has driven lateral growth.
Consulting: How is this year
shaping up for your firm?
Silvestri: This year will be another double digit percentage in
growth. We expect to grow by a
minimum of 50 percent.
Consulting: How would you
describe your firm’s outlook
for 2018? Where do you see
the most opportunities?
Silvestri: Looking ahead to 2018
we are forecasting additional
growth and expansion within our
current markets, and service offerings. We see the most opportunities in the healthcare market.
There continues to be a need to
innovate and implement new and
improved solutions throughout

say are your firm’s biggest
challenges in 2018?
Silvestri: The firm’s biggest challenges will be talent acquisition
and development. As the overall
market grows, competition for
new talent will continue to be a
challenge for us. However; we've
made some real changes in how
we recruit, retain, and develop our
people to address this as we grow.
