McCall: 2017 is another year of

are flourishing through training
and mentorship programs as well
as giving back to our local community through new volunteering
and fundraising initiatives.

describe your firm’s outlook
for 2018? Where do you see
the most opportunities?
McCall: Our outlook for 2018 is
very positive. We see many opportunities helping our existing
clients across the channel management, sales transformation,
business operations, and connected communications service
areas. We have a healthy pipeline
of new clients, and we look forward to accelerating their revenue growth.

say are your firm’s biggest
challenges in 2018?
McCall: Our greatest challenges in 2018 will be finding great
people to join our team, managing our growth, and continuing
to expand on the value we provide to clients. We will continue
to deliver great results across all
four service areas and help our
