Consulting: What were the
main factors that contributed
to your firm’s exceptional
DiMascio: Our growth comes as a
direct result of the team we have in
place to help clients achieve their
goals. Because each member of our
team comes from the industry we
represent, often with years of experience, they have walked in the
shoes our clients wear every day,
and we are able to guide them the
right way and also prevent them
from heading down the wrong path
due to past experiences and successes. This gives clients who engage us
a strategic advantage, whether they
are just looking to bounce an idea
off of someone who has been there
before or they are in the middle of
a large-scale, multifaceted project.
Consulting: How is this year
shaping up for your firm?
DiMascio: It has been fantastic!

describe your firm’s outlook
for 2018? Where do you see
the most opportunities?
DiMascio: We are blessed to serve
an industry experiencing exponential growth. We will continue to scale our services as needed
during this time while maintaining
the strategic, proven formula and
dedication that creates accelerated,
sustainable success for clients both
large and small. Everything we do
is about adding value for our clients
and improving the patient journey
along the way, and when that is the
goal there are always opportunities.
Consulting: What would you
say are your firm’s biggest
challenges in 2018?
DiMascio: Of course, our number
one goal is to delight clients and
exceed their expectations, but we
must also work to maintain a work/
life balance with our team as we
continue to grow. The biggest chal-
lenge will be scaling to meet the
demands of our workload without
sacrificing this balance, but I am
confident we have the right lead-
ership in place to tackle the issue
head-on without losing a step.

DiMascio: It’s a huge honor and
a privilege to receive this award
not once, but twice. To me, it’s a
