Consulting: What were the
main factors that contributed
to your firm’s growth?
Over the past year, Attain has continued to win significant contracts
to serve the federal education,
healthcare, and nonprofit markets.
What I believe is really driving this
growth, and creating a competitive
edge for Attain, is our team. The diversity of our people sparks creativity, and the way we operate—from

Consulting: How is this year
shaping up for your firm?
2017 will go down in the books
as another great year for Attain. In
addition to celebrating new clients,
contracts, and our impact on project
successes, we’ve continued to grow
our team and geographic footprint.
We are on track to exceed financial
expectations; we’ve completed the
integration and rebranding of our
first acquisition—the purchase of
Reston, Va.-based ACF Solutions,
which we closed in October 2016.
Consulting: How would you
describe your firm’s outlook
We are excited about a number of
opportunities in 2018 and about
both internal and external initiatives that we believe will move our
business forward, including leveraging IP for enhanced solutions
that help to accelerate time to market and reduce risk, for example.
Consulting: What would you
say are your firm’s biggest
challenges in 2018?
While maintaining a steadfast
commitment to our strategic prin-
ciples of being a built-to-last,
next-generation, and values-driv-
en firm, we are continually assess-
ing and refining our strategy to
position ourselves for continued
growth as we navigate to the next
echelon of competition and ser-
vice. One of the biggest challeng-
es in this transition is the compe-
tition for talent, and so we will
continue in 2018 to be focused on
attracting top talent and develop-
ing the exceptional team that we
have, as well as identifying future
investments for growth to ensure
we realize the vision of our firm.
