Caplin: 2017 has seen another
year of exceptional growth and
development for the HCI Group.
HCI’s continued recognition and
growth internationally is bolstered
by a recent merger with global
technology leader, Tech Mahin-
dra. “The HCI Group unique-
ly positions us as a leader in the
healthcare space as we continue
to support the adoption of digital
technologies in this sector”, said

Consulting: How would you
describe your firm’s outlook
for 2018? Where do you see
the most opportunities?
Caplin: We are very excited
about opportunities that 2018 will
bring. Healthcare remains such a
vibrant and ever-changing industry and we feel we are in a good
position to build on our existing
and successful service lines. Additionally, our Executive Trainee
Graduate Program is expanding
into 2018 to help develop the next
generation of leaders at HCI.
Consulting: What would you
say are your firm’s biggest
challenges in 2018?
Caplin: HCI prides itself on the
positive approach and quality of
work we produce, and our repu-
tation with our customers is of
paramount importance. The track
record we have built is of enor-
mous importance to everyone at
the company and, as HCI contin-
ues to expand, grow and win new
work around the globe, it is of vi-
tal importance that the principles
and standards remain the same.
