Consulting: What were the main
factors that contributed to your
firm’s exceptional growth?
Schrader: Antenna’s consulting
model is designed to provide marketing organizations with flexible,
on-demand consulting resources. As
the marketing discipline continues to
evolve, the need for diverse skills and
talent has become more critical. Our
service offerings are designed to help
organizations with these exact challenges. Four years ago, we decided to
strategically and systematically scale
our firm by reinvesting in the company, building out our internal teams,
and diversifying our client portfolio.
Our growth is a direct result of these
initiatives and our disciplined focus
on marketing services.
Consulting: How is this year
shaping up for your firm?
Schrader: 2016 is shaping up to be
another strong year for Antenna. We
expect another year with over 40
percent growth. We continue to experience strong demand in this market and will continue to invest in the
company’s growth in 2017.
Consulting: How would you
describe your firm’s outlook for
2017? Where do you see the
Schrader: We see significant growth
opportunities in expanding our business model and offering additional
service offerings. Three areas that
marketing organizations continue to
focus on include content, data analytics, and marketing automation.
To meet the growing demand, we
launched a marketing automation
practice designed to assist corporate
marketing teams in new ways, while
staying true to our business model.
We’re adding consultants who have
expertise in these key areas in addition to core marketing skills. This enables us to serve our clients that want
to better use data and engage customers in new and innovative ways.
Consulting: What are your firm’s
biggest challenges in 2017?
Schrader: Talent is the single most
important component to our suc-
cess. Our ability to engage the right
talent at the right time is extremely
important. We are very purposeful
in mapping out the current and fu-
ture state of the organization and
what types of roles are required to
meet our business goals. It is also
critical that we effectively commu-
nicate our value proposition and
demonstrate how Antenna can help
companies balance the flexibility
and expertise required by today’s
modern marketing organization.
