fulfillment and transportation challenges. Frank Camean, the firm’s
President & CEO, sat down to discuss 4SIGHT’s success.
Consulting: What were the
main factors that contributed to
your firm’s exceptional growth?
Camean: I’d have to say the main
factor is our people, our clients and
our partners. Without them none of
this is possible. This includes our
clients’ faith in us, our team’s delivery capabilities, the efforts of our
Sales & Marketing Team, and the
support from our Operations Team.
Our focus to align with companies
who view us as partners rather than
just vendors has been instrumental
to our growth.
Consulting: How is this year
shaping up for your firm?
Camean: This year is shaping up to
be a solidifying year for us. We’re
seeing more diversification of reve-
nue across each of our Practices and
we’re having a great second half of
the year in terms of consulting and
engineering projects. Systems im-
plementation projects continue to be
the most significant service area of
our company. Earlier in the year we
put a big emphasis on services deliv-
ery ahead of revenue, because ser-
vices delivery is king in our world.
Without delivery you have nothing
and our team recognizes that. Our
mantra for this year was ‘Everything
Matters’ and it’s showing.
Consulting: How would you
describe your firm’s outlook
for 2017? Where do you see
the most opportunities?
Camean: The outlook for 2017 is
promising. Our brand recognition
has grown, we have the wind in
our sails from all the marketing
initiatives we’ve launched dating
back to last year, and we have a lot
of activity booked for the first half
of next year already. We see the
most opportunities in upgrading
systems technology projects, but
we also see more opportunity for
the Consulting and Engineering
service areas of our company.
Consulting: What would you
say are your firm’s biggest
challenges in 2017?
Camean: The competitive land-
scape has tightened for sure. There
are now more players in our space
who are offering lower rates and
positioning themselves as the low-
er cost alternative. It’s introduced a
layer of complexity we now need to
account for. Similarly we’re seeing
the larger Tier- 1 Consulting compa-
nies all offering significantly lower
rates by leveraging the US guest

named one of Consulting’s
Fastest Growing Firms mean
to your firm, your employees
and your clients?
Camean: This is the second time
in a row we have achieved this recognition. To our firm, it means the
strategic decisions we’ve made are
paying off and have been the right
ones for the future of this company. To our employees it makes them
feel they’re part of an organization
that is making a difference and is
positioning itself for greater things
to come. To our clients, it means
we’re financially stable and committed to their future as well as our
own. Their success is paramount to
our success. In short, it basically
means we’re doing something right
and we all take gratification in that.
