growing, mid-sized consulting and
technology firm offering end-to-end
capability across strategy, operations
and technology. The firm grew at 33
percent, landing it at No. 47 on our
Fastest Growing Firms ranking.
Consulting caught up with Hayes to discuss the firm’s growth.
Consulting: What were the main
factors that contributed to your
Hayes: Navint has continued to main-
tain and expand our client relation-
ships over the past five years. As well,
we deliver high quality consulting
engagements and outstanding recom-
mendations, which are recognized by
our clients. The combinations of the
two are the main drivers to our growth.
Consulting: How is 2015
shaping up for your firm?
Hayes: Navint continues to deliver
strong top line results as we benefit from the sustained relationships
with our existing client base. We’ve
also achieved organic growth from
the addition of 8 or 9 new clients in
to our relationship portfolio over the
course of 2015. All in all, we are anticipating a positive 2015.
Consulting: How would you
describe your firm’s outlook for
2016? Where do you see the
Hayes: Navint is anticipating continued growth in 2016. At this point it’s
anticipated that growth will come
from a few traditional industry segments and primary contributors already for Navint, including Media
& Entertainment and Financial Services, and Business Services. Navint
also expects to see growth from
some non-traditional segments such
as Construction and Engineering.
Navint is broadening our technolo-
gy partnerships and expanding our
services and practice in areas such
as our subscription and consumption
based lead to cash offering as well as
in the strategic talent and workforce
management service line. To support
our expected growth, we are invest-
ing in our sales development and
marketing operations, along with in-
creased emphasis on recruiting and
on-boarding new hires.
Consulting: What do you see as
the biggest challenges for your
firm in 2016?
Hayes: Our biggest challenge will
be to continue to grow our business
organically through our coverage of
the strategic industry segments while
broadening our services and coverage
of the emerging and targeted industries and practice areas. It will be important for Navint to grow our presence in the marketplace, by continuing to build awareness of our brand
and our differentiators with high quality engagement delivery and innovative offerings and solution capabilities
to meet our client’s expectations.
Consulting: What does being
named a Fastest Growing
Firm mean to your firm, your
employees and your clients?
Hayes: Our employees were thrilled
to be associated with a company gaining that type of recognition as it serves
to help validate all of their hard work
and commitment. By coincidence
we had our annual company meeting
just after we learned the news and the
feedback from employees during our
gathering was very positive. As well,
we’ve heard from many clients that
this helps to affirm their decision to
select Navint as a strategic partner.
