factors that contributed to your

shaping up for your firm?
Korsi: 2015 was a big year for Trissential. We were acquired by the
world’s largest quality assurance and
testing company, and we are now at
our launch point in the United States.
Consulting: How would you
describe your firm’s outlook for
2016? Where do you see the
Korsi: Expanding. Our Minnesota
office is growing, along with Illinois. We are also excited to launch
in Dallas soon.
Consulting: What do you see as
the biggest challenges for your
firm in 2016?
Korsi: Continuing to find top talent.
