Consulting: What were the
main factors that contributed
to your exceptional growth?
Fitzhenry: We had a significant
increase in business due to an expansion of our client base and our
ability to serve those clients well.
We’ve also diversified our offerings
to provide our clients with personalized, tailored solutions. Additionally, we have seen growth in our core
business offerings including primary
market research and advanced data
analytics.
Consulting: How is 2015
shaping up for your firm?
Fitzhenry: 2015 was a record setting
year in terms of top-line growth, exceeding expectations. We continue
to experience growth, an expanded
client base and a broadening influence in the life sciences industry. We
now have more than 100 employees
with offices in Boston, San Francisco and New York City. Trinity has
added upwards of 30 new hires in
the last year, a product of the exciting and great work we are doing
alongside our clients.
Consulting: How would you
describe your firm’s outlook
for 2016? Where do you see
the most opportunities?
Fitzhenry: We have a positive out-
look for 2016. Trinity will be cele-
brating 20 years in business in 2016
and we will continue to take advan-
tage of 2015’s momentum by push-
ing the depth and breadth of our of-
ferings to the life sciences industry.
Consulting: What do you see
as the biggest challenges for
your firm in 2016?
Fitzhenry: Our people are our most
valuable asset. As demand for our
services increase we will continue
to add talented, motivated people to
keep up with the growing client base
and needs. At Trinity, we tap into the
best and the brightest, to solve our
clients’ most challenging problems.
