Firm. Consulting caught up Parikh,
along with Partner Joe Frampus, to discuss the firm.
Consulting: What were the
main factors that contributed
to your exceptional growth?
Parikh: Avasant’s growth thesis is
based on strategy of “client First”.
With our focus on understanding the
client problems and providing tailored
business solutions, we have been able
to create a track record of exceptional
client success stories, for both Fortune
1000 enterprises and the public sector.

Consulting: How is 2015
shaping up for your firm?
Parikh: The year 2015 has been
exceptional for our firm’s growth.
During the year, we have registered
over 35 percent growth and anticipate closing this financial year on a
strong note. We have expanded our
presence in Europe with new offices in Spain, Italy and Germany.
We also plan to complete the acquisition of our outsourcing advisory
partner in Germany to consolidate
our position in the market.
Consulting: How would you
describe your outlook for
2016?
Frampus: Our renewed investments
in developing our services and IP,
supported by aggressive marketing
& branding, will chart the business
direction in 2016. Avasant anticipates
strong traction for its Digital Transformation services as most of our
clients have plans to transform their
business and customer engagement
models through innovation to meet
the needs of the digital economy.
Consulting: What do you see as
the biggest challenges in 2016?
Frampus: As Avasant expands its
global footprint and service portfo-
lio, we will be vigilant to nurture and
maintain our key differentiators—cor-
porate culture and human resources
and “client-first” philosophy. These
are key challenges for a fast growing
firm like ours. We plan to undertake
following specific firm-wide initia-
tives: Continuously seek out and de-
velop talent globally; Instill, nurture
and protect our corporate values while
we expand in new geographies; Pro-
actively interpret the complex require-
ments of clients in global markets
which include developing and emerg-
ing economies and tailoring our ser-
vice offerings to deliver the expected
value; and, aggressively market and
strengthen our brand.
