to you exceptional growth?
Chase: Several factors contributed to our growth. First, our clients
were growing and changing significantly and they relied on us to
help navigate that with them. Second, business problems are getting
increasingly more complex and require a different level of thinking
to effectively address them. Third,
we continue to attract great people
who want to make a significant contribution and deliver results for our
clients, and they do. As a result, our
business has thrived.

year for us. It has been another great
year of growth. We have grown in
terms of clients, revenue, and team

push the envelope regarding transformation and change. We have a
unique opportunity to help them
successfully deliver that value.
From our perspective, the outlook
for 2016 looks bright and busy.
Consulting: What do you see
