Maintaining expertise in our niche
software area of NetSuite OpenAir
and expanding growth into additional software areas akin to our PSA
expertise with FinancialForce PSA.
Consulting: How was/is 2015
shaping up for your firm?
Cicci: Well, 2015 is shaping up to
have about 50 percent growth due
to the expansion of an additional
practice with FinancialForce PSA.
Customers familiar with us are approaching us for advice on which
system fits their needs better.
Consulting: How would you describe your firm’s outlook for
2016? Where do you see the
Cicci: 2016 is expected to be another 15 percent to 20 percent growth as
our firm stabilizes on the quick growth
and ensures customer loyalty remains
in place with our new expanded team.
Most opportunities are in general PSA
advice and with integrations of PSA
solutions to other systems.
Consulting: What do you see
as the biggest challenges for
your firm in 2016?
Cicci: The biggest challenges
come from the quickly formed
FinancialForce PSA group to sustain the fast growth of 2015 with a
number of new hires. Keeping attribution low and focusing on opportunities to partner with companies and gain new customers will
be a challenge as a result of the
exceptional growth of 2015.
